Raised in the Allegheny Mountains of Western Pennsylvania, Lois Tryon began drawing and studying art at an early age, but put it aside to pursue a career in nursing, As the wife of a career Army officer, she has traveled throughout the world and now resides in Columbus, GA.

Working in both oils and photographic art, and sometimes combining the two, Lois presents her unique view of the world, many times small fragments that often go unnoticed. In fact, the title of her first one man show was Fragments, at what is now the Sibley Center at Callaway Gardens.

Many exhibits and competitions have followed that first one, and numerous awards have been won.

Lois' work is on display at the Joseph House Gallery in Columbus, GA.

All photographs are limited editions, and only one print of a size is available for sale.

All photos are matted, with the mat complimenting the photo. Oils are on canvas, or canvas panel. Custom orders for photos are taken with 50% deposit.
